Recycling has become one of the most important initiatives in the last few decades to conserve resources while reducing the amount of waste that accumulates in waste collection facilities around the world. In fact, it is so broad that some jurisdictions prohibit the unnecessary disposal of certain types of waste, and instead require recycling.
For example, the state of North Carolina passed a law in 2009 that prohibits the disposal of single-use plastic bottles and other forms of solid waste in landfills. This seemingly bold move by the legislature is a growing awareness among governments that environmental action is necessary for progress in certain areas and should be implemented on a mandate rather than on a proposal. Given the ever-increasing costs of oil and natural gas, which are essential for the manufacture of plastics, the law is not only environmentally friendly but also economical.
For many advocates of greener land, we certainly hope that other places will follow their laws requiring practices such as plastic reprocessing, outright insurance, or because of bans on littering. Meanwhile, the drive to recycle in many places must be based on a genuine desire to change, awareness of the benefits of multi-step recycling, and a subtle system of positive reinforcement to ensure these guidelines are followed.

The problem is, of course, that many office workers need a little guidance to follow a new policy, especially when it comes to something that may not appear to be beneficial to office productivity. The solution is to buy cheap and simple plastic recycling signs. The best ones are healthy, colorful, and designed to grab the attention of everyone who walks by, even for a few seconds.
A sign reminding people at work to recycle their plastic instead of throwing it in the trash can be very beneficial and certainly much better than doing nothing. The plastic recycling sign is not part of the law, but placing a sign creates a high order that will get your employees to comply immediately with green laws.
